St.
Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church is located in the heart of historic Red
Bank between the scenic Navesink River and the Count Basie Theatre.
Built in 1910, the small white church was home to a congregation of
Baptists until 1950, when it was purchased by local Russians and
converted into a Russian Orthodox Church. Presently, the congregation
which is made up of approximately 75 members, is led by rector Fr. Serge
Lukianov. A full cycle of services is jointly served between St.
Nicholas Church and its sister parish of St. George's Church in Freewood
Acres. For specific contact information please visit our administration
page here.
