Всенощную
возглавилъ Iеромонахъ
Евтихiй, и
впервые
нашъ
приходской
мужской
хоръ
украсилъ
богослуженiе
своимъ пѣнiемъ,
исполняя
пѣснопѣнiя
Архимандрита
Матѳея (Мормыля),
извѣстнаго
духовнаго
композитора
и регента
Свято-Троицкой
Сергiевой
Лавры.

On Friday, September 26th, the rector served the All-Night Vigil with
the deacon in honor of the great feast of the Exaltation of the Cross.
At the end of the Vigil, the rector brought out the Precious Cross for
veneration by the faithful. On Saturday the 27th, a festive liturgy was
served in the morning, while at night the faithful were treated to a
unique monastic atmosphere within the walls of our church. Hieromonk
Eutychius served the All-Night Vigil as, for the first time, the parish
all-male choir adorned the service, singing pieces by Archimandrite
Matthew (Mormyl), the famous spiritual composer and choir conductor of
the Holy Trinity-St. Sergius Lavra. Click here

On Sunday September 14th, the parishioners of St. Nicholas Church
prayed for the souls of the departed victims of airliner crash in Perm,
Russia. The rector served a memorial service and the entire church sang
"Memory Eternal." After the memorial service Fr. Serge honored
parishioners Alexander Yefimenko and Alexander Ross on the occasion of
there namesday. After the liturgy all the parishioners gathered at the
rector's residence for a parish picnic. Click here

Saturday, August 30th, to Monday, September 1st, parishioners from St.
Nicholas Church performed a pilgrimage to the Holy Trinity Monastery
