пожертвовали
новую чашу и
дискосъ въ
память
своихъ
родственниковъ
Николая и
Людмилы. На
литуругiи
молилась
мать
Екатерина
изъ
Геѳсиманской
Обители во Iерусалимѣ,
которая
приняла отъ
о. Сергiя
икону Божiей
Матери,
подарокъ
Матери-Игуменѣ
Елисаветѣ и
всѣмъ
сестрамъ
Геѳсиманской
Обители.
Послѣ
Литургiи
состоялся
приходской
пикникъ въ
настоятельскихъ

On
Sunday, May 25th, after the Divine Liturgy, the rector performed the
blessing of new liturgical items for the altar. Marijka Hayda donated a
new cross and icon of the Mother of God in memory of her grandparents,
Vasiliy and Maria Tatarenko. Natalia Rogozinski and Alexandra Romanovsky
donated a the new silver plating on an original chalice set used in this
parish since 1950. Mother Katherine from the Gethsemane Convent in
Jerusalem was also present for the Divine Liturgy, where Fr. Serge
presented her with an icon of the Mother of God for Abbess Elizabeth and
all the sisters of the Gethsemane Convent. After the Divine Liturgy, a
parish picnic took place the rector's residence. Click here

21st, 2008
On June
7th and 8th, the Sunday of the Holy Fathers of the First Ecumenical
Council, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion, First Hierarch of the
Russian Church Abroad, will visit Red Bank and lead the divine services
in our church. The All-Night Vigil on Saturday, June 7th, will begin at
6:00 PM. On Sunday, June 8th, the greeting of His Eminece will begin at
9:30 AM and a festive banquet will take place after the Liturgy. During
the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence will ordain Subdeacon Leonid Roschko to
the diaconate. The the myrrh streaming icon of St. Anna will also
be present for the great feast. Archimandrite Athanasy Mastalski, who is
the guardian of the miraculous icon and a former rector of our parish,
will arrive with the myrrh streaming icon on Sunday June 8th.

18th, the enthronement of the newly elected First Hierarch, Metropolitan
Hilarion, took place in the Synodal Cathedral in New York City. Fr.
Serge led a delegation from our parish, which participated in the
All-Night Vigil, the festive Divine Liturgy and the official banquet.

Bright Saturday, a delegation led by our rector visited St. Nicholas
Patriarchal Cathedral in New York City. Subdeacon Leonid, Reader Nektary,
Reader Gregory and Matushka Lubov were part of the delegation. Fr. Serge
and his fellow travelers participated in a festive Divine Liturgy in
